Online Activation

Requires internet connection for initial activation. After activation, the CLI works offline with periodic validation.

Offline Activation

For air-gapped environments, contact support for an offline activation key.

Transferring Licenses

To move your license to a new machine:

  1. 1Deactivate on current machine: bloodhound license deactivate
  2. 2Install CLI on new machine
  3. 3Activate with same key: bloodhound license activate YOUR_KEY

Troubleshooting

License activation failed

Check your internet connection and verify the license key is correct.

License expired

Contact sales to renew your license, then refresh.

Maximum seats reached

Deactivate unused seats or upgrade your license.
